What is treasured most along the trail is often more than just the scenery—it is the time shared with others. Sometimes it is a brief encounter, a passing silhouette on the path; at other times, it is mutual support during exhaustion, or the shared joy upon reaching the summit. The mountains bring strangers together and etch lasting memories into the hearts of companions along the long journey.
