I am deeply grateful to GIS Group for granting me the opportunity to feature my work as a permanent display on the main corridor wall of the newly opened ICC Tainan (Greater Tainan Convention and Exhibition Center).

The lead interior designer sought a powerful visual statement—reminiscent of the legendary American landscape photographer Ansel Adams—to break the monotony of the straight hallway. This vision created the perfect occasion for my work. By using a concrete image of Taiwan’s alpine landscape to evoke an abstract sense of tension, this project became my largest photo licensing and output to date: a snow-covered panorama of Syue Mountain Cirque, spanning 24 meters in length and 2.5 meters in height.

The site photos were provided by GIS Group. Due to the massive scale of the print, it is nearly impossible to capture the entire image from a single head-on angle in a photograph. In person, visitors encounter the piece as they arrive via elevators and escalators from either end, allowing them to experience the visual transition dynamically—shifting from black to white, and from abstract forms to concrete mountain textures.

I would like to sincerely thank Far Eastern International Bank for inviting me to collaborate on my very first wall and desk calendar project, centered around the theme "Taiwan Mountain Huts." Beyond featuring my main photographs of mountain cabins along the trails—alongside supporting detail shots—the bank put tremendous effort into researching, communicating, and crafting meaningful narratives to elevate the calendar's value.

Combining the reference materials I provided with their own research, they authored remarkably rich and engaging texts. The calendar touches upon various facets of mountaineering, including hiking experiences, Leave No Trace (LNT) principles, trail etiquette, search and rescue, and mountain history. Although constrained by space, these thoughtful notes serve as an engaging introduction to vital outdoor topics, offering meaningful insights for seasoned trekkers and non-hikers alike. With 2020 designated as the "Year of Mountain Tourism" to promote Taiwan's grand spine to the world, I hope this calendar helps share the beauty of Taiwan's alpine wilderness with a global audience.

I recently had the privilege of collaborating with Cameo, a company specializing in interactive experiences, to provide the key visual photography for the official website of A Song Within Us—Taiwan's very first Indigenous VR musical.

The featured image was captured during the Nenggao-Andongjun trek, showcasing the breathtaking sea of clouds over Mt. Guangtou, taken from the Mt. Nenggao South Peak. The visual impact on a desktop screen is truly magnificent. I warmly invite you to come and take a look!

I never imagined that my photography would one day appear in an international film. What makes it even more exhilarating is seeing Taiwan’s mountains woven into the plot as a crucial clue. Watching this journey come to fruition on the big screen, a year after the initial licensing, is deeply moving. That fleeting moment I captured on Syue Mountain is no longer just a personal memory of my trek; it has now become a testament to this poignant love story spanning both Taiwan and France.

I am profoundly grateful to House on Fire and French director Romain Cogitore for choosing my work. I also want to express my thanks for the invitation to yesterday's preview screening. Seeing my photographs integrated into the film and spotting my name in the closing credits filled me with an overwhelming sense of honor once again.

The film, titled Territory of Love (previously known as Love Wall during the licensing stage), is a Taiwanese-French co-production. It tells the story of a French couple who fall in love in Taiwan, with nearly half of the scenes filmed in Kaohsiung and Taichung. The movie is set to hit theaters on November 16th. I highly recommend it to anyone interested, and it is an absolute must-watch for fans of romance, literature, and arthouse cinema!

I recently submitted my alpine photography to a sponsored call for entries, and I am thrilled to share that five of my works will be featured in this joint exhibition alongside fellow mountain enthusiasts. I am thrilled to have participated in the romantic film Love Wall, a co-production between Taiwanese film company "House on Fire" and French film company "Cinéma Defacto." For this collaboration, a total of three of my photography works featuring the Holy Ridge line at Syue Mountain North Peak were licensed. These images will be used as visual effects backdrops and a prop book, serving as a vital element in the movie's plot. The photos made their first official public appearance on the press conference backdrop on April 7th.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to House on Fire for granting me this incredible opportunity to jointly promote the beauty and charm of Taiwan. The film is set to begin shooting soon in Kaohsiung. It primarily tells the story of a French couple who fall in love in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and face the ultimate tests of fate.
